Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Sectional Title and HOA schemes

• Maintain strong relationships with trustees, directors, owners and other stakeholders

• Attend and facilitate trustee and AGM meetings where required

• Ensure schemes are managed in accordance with applicable legislation and governance requirements

• Oversee maintenance, contractor management and general scheme-related matters

• Coordinate and follow up on issues, queries and client requests

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient portfolio administration

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with clients

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in Sectional Title and/or HOA portfolio management

• Strong knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA)

• Good understanding of CSOS requirements and processes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities

• Ability to manage multiple portfolios effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
